Precise Tax was established by Richard Morrell in 2013. Richard has 25 years’ experience working with small and medium-sized businesses.

Richard is licensed and regulated by the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and registered as a member in practice with the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
